2019 FUSTA National and SW Regional Membership Dues

PAY DUES BY FEBRUARY 15TH, 2019 TO AVOID $20 LATE FEE.

IMPORTANT: Please email or text a photo or mail a copy of your 2019 BATD, SDTA or UKA membership card to both Fiona and Heather at the email addresses listed below. An electronic method is preferred. Only the side with your name listed is needed.

For SDTA members, please copy or forward your membership renewal reciept since you no longer receive cards.

Competing dancers please note - Your SOBHD dance registration card does NOT indicate membership in one of these organizations. You must send a copy of your member's or associate's card from one of the dance teacher's associations listed above.
